My heritage is steeped in service at NatWest Private Banking predominantly but other areas of the Bank too. I was brought up in a house which was the hub of a family business, and I learned the importance of good client relationships early.

I started in NatWest Investments, Trust & Tax in 1994, in the Tax Department, completing clients Tax Returns. By 1999, I had qualified as a Regulated Financial Adviser and became a peripatetic NatWest Investment Consultant.

By August 2004, I became a NatWest Private Banking Manager and stayed doing this for the next 14 years plus! Here I was in my element, providing my portfolio with excellent client service and everyday banking needs, support and lending solutions and linking them with my mortgage, investment and business/commercial banking colleagues when needed. Also working very closely with NatWest Private Wealth Management again and Coutts & Co.

In 2018, banking was changing and client service as I knew it. It was time for a change. I joined Rick and Paul and Dani, to become their Client Relationship & Mortgage Adviser…5 years on and I can now focus solely on Client Relationships.

I offer our clients access to private banking solutions for managing their cash reserves and to help them to realise their goals where borrowing is required. Our mortgage & buy to let offering covers a comprehensive range of first charge mortgages from across the market, which lenders make available to mortgage intermediaries. This gives our Mortgage colleagues the maximum ability to tailor a lending solution to meet our clients’ needs and help them to be financially protected against risk.

As Client Relationship Consultant, I am often the first port of call for an informal chat to help understand what your specific needs are and to help you find out more about us and how we can help you, whether it is moving home; buying investment property; or aspects of exit strategy & secure retirement or mitigating Inheritance Tax. The plans we put in place for our clients will always remain current & accurate as they can be adjusted where necessary to deal with life changes.

I remain an additional point of contact once you become our client, and support Rick, Paul and our Mortgage Team in providing the holistic support we aim to achieve.
